Yes — the first consultation with our care team is completely free, and so is the second opinion we arrange before any major procedure. You only pay if and when you choose to proceed with treatment.
/ 02How is Aurevia different from a hospital's helpline?
A hospital's helpline is naturally trying to bring you into that hospital. We are independent — we recommend the specialist and facility that fit your condition, even if that's a different hospital than the one closest to us. Outcomes first, always.
/ 03Do you take a commission from the hospital?
We're a healthcare facilitation platform — fee structures are transparent and never come at the cost of your recommendation. We tell every patient honestly when a procedure isn't needed, and that policy has never changed.
/ 04Will my insurance really be cashless?
Yes — for any procedure covered under your policy, we file the cashless paperwork and obtain pre-authorisation before admission. You don't pay out of pocket and chase reimbursement later.
/ 05What if I'm not based in Delhi NCR or Mumbai?
Many of our patients travel from other cities for specific specialists. We coordinate stay, transport, pre-op tests and follow-up reports digitally — so out-of-town doesn't mean out of touch.
/ 06Can I choose my own surgeon?
Absolutely. If you already have a doctor you trust, we can coordinate care around them. If you don't, we'll match you to one of our senior specialists — and you can change your mind at any point before treatment.
/ 07How quickly can a procedure be scheduled?
Routine procedures are usually scheduled within a week or two. Urgent conditions are prioritised — we've coordinated same-day specialist consultations and admissions when the situation needed it.
